  9.  █ Due to the greed of "some" user's, requests for files from OFFLINE CD's    █
  10.  █ have been restricted to 1 CD per session. We will try to have the most     █
  11.  █ current CD's available for you however, that is NOT an invitation to see   █
  12.  █ how many files your Hard Drive can hold!                                   █

  14.  █ OFFLINE REQUESTS must be filled manually and we simply don't have the      █
  15.  █ time to swap 50+ CD's to grab a file or two from each one. User's that     █
  16.  █ can't/don't/won't abide by this request, will have their CD access denied. █

  18.  █ If you feel your access to CD's has been denied in error, leave a comment  █
  19.  █ to the Sysop and explain why your access should be increased.              █
